Meeting was held on March 12 in Banff. There were representatives from AWWOA, AENV, WCW present. The intent of the project is as follows:

• MPEG2-based DVD master of media segments described as: 
  • Note: design to be established as early as 12 March 2010
• Web-ready media of (above) media segments suitable for web mounting/download for personal media devices
• +/- 5,000 professionally duplicated DVDs packaged with custom artwork in CS100 FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified boardstock sleeves
• Distribution of DVDs to secondary school career points-of-contact in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
• 2 x downloadable/print-ready PDF guides (general, parents and educators)
• customizable career awareness poster
• Web presence assistance
• Media release/backgrounder for Sept 2010 WWC rollout
