The cold weather has come to the far north while we are still basking in warm weather - at least in Edmonton.  With the cold weather comes the preparation for the Northern Territories Water and Waste Association annual conference, scheduled for Iqaluit on November 18 and 19.  It is rare for non-northerners to attend, particularly given the cost to fly to places like Iqaluit ($2500 return from Edmonton), but we would welcome your participation.  If you are interested, check out the conference information at ntwwa.com
