On September 17, Water professionals from AWWA and WEF ventured out on a hiking trip to beautiful Rawson Lake, in Kananaskis country. There were attendees from City of Calgary, Stantec, Associated Engineering and even visitors from Newfoundland! After taking in breath-taking scenery, and even experiencing a bit of refreshing snowfall, the evening was capped off at the Grizzly Paw pub in Canmore. A couple of outdoor hiking kit door prizes, sposored by the WCWEA section were given away to the lucky winners.
